I Am a Spiritual Mentor, Entrepreneur and Sound Healer Who Loves Turning Wisdom Into Focused Action.

As a mentor, my greatest joy and service is to help people move closer to their soul – by guiding them to live a life of higher vitality and inner wealth. Through intense studies, traveling to different cultures, and implementing visionary ideas I have gained a treasure throw of insights within the fields of consciousness, psychology, holistic health and entrepreneurship. I am proud to also have facilitated many group meditations, workshops and ceremonies to help people connect with their hearts and higher aspirations.
Because of my broad background, with experience in personal development, entrepreneurship, creative self-expression, and business development, I can tailor my coaching and help people from many walks of life. My success in helping previous and future clients rests heavily on the fact that I have faced many of my own greatest fears and achieved both physical goals, as well as deeper levels of inner peace and embodied authenticity. By listening to the client with grounded presence, I am able to identify where they are holding themselves back. This may in many cases be difficult to identify by yourself, as we all have blind spots that undeniably stop us from living a life of more energy, meaning, and fulfillment. And I believe this is the kind of life we all deserve to have here on earth. 💙

MY METHOD
We have all lived under self-sabotaging illusions and trauma stemming from societal conditioning. These experiences have resulted in pain; pain that I believe carries a message of truth for us. The truth is that many of us have drifted away from our souls desires, as we got lost in distractions and confusion by trying to fill a void of emptiness. But life doesn’t have to be this way. I help you disidentify from that which is not connected to your life path, to start focusing your energy towards your talents and true desires. The time to fully step into your soul path is Now.
1. Blindspots
I help you identify your blindspots by tuning into your energy field, and together we dismantle any rigid identities and limiting beliefs that consume precious energy in your life.
2. Truth
To understand what we deep down inside long for, we must be brutally honest with ourselves and dare to see, feel, and accept our truth. Not all truths are equally valued or accepted in our society, and that is why you must be brave and 100% ready for the truth if you want to work with me as a mentor. Together, we uncover your true motives, desires, and soul gifts that lie hidden within your subconscious. We use specific tools, systems, and questions to feel into the core of you. I also support you in the somatic healing of safely releasing stuck emotions, which allows for clarity to arise about yourself and your path ahead.
3. Focus
Finally, I assist you in simplifying your life and mastering your focus to prioritize that which you truly value. This, so that you can commit to your calling with courage, trust, more energy, and real action steps. It is a challenging undertaking, but continuing to be stuck in the same cycles and attracting what you do not want to experience is a much harder pill to swallow. In other words, the challenge is well worth it. And remember, seeing yourself grow into a more empowered version of yourself that attracts exciting new opportunities can be great fun!
